Refund Policy

At School of AI Films, we value your trust and strive to deliver the best possible services. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations for online payments are handled.

1. Online Payments

  • All payments made online through our website are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

  • Once a transaction is successful, you will receive a confirmation email/receipt.

2. Refunds

  • Course Fees / Service Payments: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except in cases of:

    • Duplicate transaction due to technical error.

    • Payment made but service/course not delivered due to our fault.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other intermediaries.

3. Cancellations

  • Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to support@schoolofaifilms.com within 3 days of payment.

  • Acceptance of cancellations is at the sole discretion of the management of School of AI Films.

  • Payment data is handled only through trusted, compliant gateways.

4. Sharing of Information

  • We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

  • Limited sharing with vendors/service providers is done only for academic or administrative needs.

  • Any use of third-party AI tools will be subject to their privacy terms.

5. Student Content

  • Student films/projects created/ generated remain joint property of SAIF (School of AI Films) and the student. The short film shot during first 2 months will remain SAIF’s (School of AI Film’s) property.

  • SAIF reserves the right to feature them (with credit) on its website, social channels, and promotional material.

6. Changes to Policy

  • SAIF reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed. Updates will be posted on the website.
