Fees, Payment & Policy

Total Fees for the Six months’ course = Rs. 2,50,000/- including GST ( For discounts, see points 3 & 4)

· The fees charged has been structured in monthly installments to also reduce burden of paying fees upfront.
The admissions are on ‘first come, first served’ basis.
· Since the seats are limited to around 40, aspirants are advised to book their seats early.
· There is no other branch and batch being started by S.A.I.F.
· Dishonouring / bouncing of cheque will result in suspension or cancellation of admission.

Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Admission Confirmation

Admission is confirmed only after First instalment of Rs. 1,00,000/- and 3 Post dated cheques (PDCs) with due dates as mentioned in the table in next point OR full fees is paid.

2. Installment Plan (if chosen)

The fees can be paid in 4 installments in a schedule as given below:

Fees must be paid on or before the due date.

Delay or non-payment of fees by due date or dishonouring of PDC may result in suspension or cancellation of admission.

3. Early Bird Discount

There will be a flat 10% discount on Total fees of Rs. 2,50,000/- if only first instalment is paid by 10th September. In that case, first instalment will be of Rs. 90,000/-, and rest of the three installments will be of Rs. 45,000/- with last dates of fees submission remaining same.

4. Full Payment Discount

There will be a flat 15% discount on Total fees of Rs. 2,50,000/-, if entire fees (without choosing instalment plan) is paid upfront latest by 25th September, provided seats are available. The fees after 15% discount will be Rs. 2,12,500/-. We will close admissions latest by 30th September OR when required seats are filled, whichever is earlier. Please remember there are only around 40 seats per batch.

5. Refund Policy

Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

6. Application Process

Students who wish to enroll should use tab ‘Apply now’ in this admission section. This will lead to a form which should be filled. On submission, student will get an acknowledgement. The payment window will open after 1st September. Students who have submitted forms will receive SAIF’s A/c details for the payment. The admissions are on ‘first come first served’ basis, so we encourage students to enroll fast as account information for fees payment will be sent in that order. However, admission will only be confirmed once we receive fees as per norms listed above.

7. Intellectual Property

The short film created jointly by students during first 2 months will remain as the Intellectual property of School of AI Films, Mumbai. However, intellectual property of all films and projects created by the students during the second phase (next 4 months with AI tools) will be shared between School of AI Films and the student. Students can freely use those creations as part of their portfolio.
SAIF may use student works (with due credit) for marketing, promotion, or festival entries.
SAIF is giving $250 worth AI subscription models for free as part of course. However, the student may require to subscribe to many more apps or extend his monthly subscription to generate content as required. Those subscription charges will be born by the student.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

School of AI Films, SAIF, does not guarantee internships or employment upon course completion.
SAIF is not liable for disruptions caused by power failure, technical breakdowns, or third-party AI models/ tools policies.
Plagiarism or misuse of AI tools will not be tolerated.

9. Student Code of Conduct

· Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect toward faculty, peers, and staff.

· Minimum 75% attendance is required for award of certificate.

· Use of SAIF equipment and facilities must be responsible and as instructed.

10. Governing Law

All admissions and related matters fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts, governed by Indian law.

Accommodation Support for Outstation Students

We understand that many of our students will be coming to Mumbai from different parts of India. To make your transition smoother, SAIF helps connect students with reliable Paying Guest (PG) facilities located near the academy.

Accommodation options are available in various parts of the city, with charges typically ranging between ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on the suburb, location, type of room, meal preferences, facilities provided, and payment frequency (monthly/quarterly).
Our team will facilitate introductions and guidance in finding suitable PG accommodation, but the final choice and agreement will be between the student and the accommodation provider.
SAIF does not charge any extra fee for this assistance — it is part of our student support.

We use secure servers and encryption where necessary.
Payment data is handled only through trusted, compliant gateways.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Limited sharing with vendors/service providers is done only for academic or administrative needs.
Any use of third-party AI tools will be subject to their privacy terms.

5. Student Content

Student films/projects created/ generated remain joint property of SAIF (School of AI Films) and the student. The short film shot during first 2 months will remain SAIF’s (School of AI Film’s) property.
SAIF reserves the right to feature them (with credit) on its website, social channels, and promotional material.
